While Lydia Ministries International strives to work with pastors and churches around the world, we have to say that no one can be all things to all people...except God the Father.

What Lydia Ministry International is:

It is a ministry which seeks to offer consultation to churches and pastors who are seeking to build a stronger relationship.

It is a ministry that encourages ministers/pastors in their walk with God, as they serve in the area they are called to serve in.

It is a ministry which seeks to teach, encourage and train pastors in various areas of ministry, according to need: ethics; integrity; Kingdom Authority; relationship with the Father and with the body

It is a ministry that seeks to aid local groups of pastors in establishing accountability groups among their peers, support groups, and other pastoral groups.

It is a ministry which seeks to aid pastors' spouses in establishing support and ministry groups.

It is a ministry that seeks to encourage and offer emotional and moral support to women in ministry, establishing support groups and encouraging various women's ministries.

It is a ministry which seeks to establish libraries for pastors around the world who otherwise would not have such a resource.

It is a ministry that seeks to connect pastors with various resources.

In short, Lydia Ministries International is a ministry to ministers, for training, encouraging, strengthening, and empowering in order that pastors might better be equipped to do the work of the Father that they are called to do.

What Lydia Ministries International Is Not

While we would like to be able to offer financial support to pastors all over the world, it is just not possible. We too depend upon the support of individuals, churches, etc. in order to do the work that we do. The work of Lydia Ministries International is a ministry performed by volunteers. There are no paid staff persons. All airfare and travel is paid for by the individuals who are in ministry with Lydia Ministries, unless it is within the USA, or by ministry support. We work with a very, small budget and depend totally on donations.
